Donna's Homestay offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The hotel's location in the centre of Sanur makes it convenient to explore the area, and the friendly staff provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the comfortable rooms, coupled with the small but yummy breakfast, ensure a pleasant stay.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

The breakfast was delicious, with different options to choose from, including fruit, eggs, and pancakes. the staff was always friendly and helpful, offering us a laundry service and answering all our questions. the location was great, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket.
The room was quite basic and didn't have many amenities. the air conditioning was a bit too cold and we couldn't adjust the temperature.

The location was also a big plus, with easy access to public transport and key tourist sights just a short walk or ride away.
The bathroom left a lot to be desired, with some cleanliness issues and an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout the stay. some aspects of the room could have been maintained better, such as removing spider webs in corners and cleaning the shower.

We loved staying at this hotel! It's close to the beach and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and had a veranda for enjoying snacks and drinks at night. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great. Definitely great value for money!
